The City of Frost will hold its 2026 Municipal Election on Saturday, May 2, 2026.

Early Voting Dates & Hours

Location: Navarro County Courthouse Annex
(Administered by Navarro County Elections Administration)

  • April 20, 2026 (Mon): 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

  • April 21, 2026 (Tues): CLOSED – No Voting (San Jacinto Day)
    The Texas Secretary of State does not permit voting on this date.

  • April 22–24, 2026 (Wed–Fri): 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

  • April 25, 2026 (Sat): 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

  • April 26, 2026 (Sun): 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

  • April 27–28, 2026 (Mon–Tues): 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

City Wide Clean Up Event!

City-Wide Cleanup – City of Frost

Dates: May 9 – May 17
Location: 120 W. Pace (corner of W. Pace & N. Allen)

The City of Frost will provide dumpsters for residential bulk disposal during the City-Wide Cleanup period.

Cleanup Rules

  • All items must be placed inside the dumpsters

  • Items may not be left outside the containers

  • Bulk Pickup guidelines apply

Accepted Items

  • Furniture

  • Large household waste exceeding cart limits

  • Appliances (refrigerant must be removed)

  • Carpet (not exceeding 4 cubic yards)

Not Accepted

  • Construction debris

  • Tires

  • Hazardous waste

  • Liquid or gas fuel containers

  • Flammable liquids or propellants

  • Items containing liquids

  • Brush and limbs

Brush / Limb Disposal

Brush and limbs will not be accepted during City-Wide Cleanup.
Residents may bundle brush and limbs for collection during the regular monthly Bulk Pickup service.

Reminders

  • Dumpsters are for Frost residents only

  • Residents are responsible for unloading materials

  • Secure loads during transport

  • Help keep the area clean and safe
