Public Information Request

The City of Frost provides the following ways for you to submit your public information request.

Hand Delivery or Mail

You may request a form from the City Hall or print form from below, which may be hand delivered or mail to Frost City Hall .

Written Form

You may submit a request to any City Employee in any written form, including by electronic mail, fax, or letter. Your written request must provide all the information as found in the formal Public Information Request Form found below.

Good to Know

Please note that for a public information request to be valid, it must be submitted in writing to the City and all fees paid prior to release of requested information.
