Utility Rate Update
On October 5, 2026, the Frost City Council adopted revised Water, Sewer and Solid Waste rates following the City's review of utility revenues and operating costs.
The new rates will first apply to November 2026 meter readings and will first appear on bills generated and mailed in November. October utility bills will continue to use the current rates. Utility Rates Updated 10.05.26
For reference, a residential customer using 3,000 gallons per month with one trash cart currently pays approximately $90.90 for Water, Sewer and Solid Waste combined. Under the newly adopted rates, that same usage and service would be approximately $114.50 per month. Actual bills will vary based on usage and services.
